01 / Types

Four ways to stick
a mark to something.

Most of the cost and nearly all of the lifespan comes from the media and the laminate, not the printing. Tell us the surface and how it gets cleaned and we will specify against that.

Cut vinyl stickers

Cut vinyl stickers

The mark and nothing else — no background, no edge, no rectangle around it. Weeded by hand and supplied on transfer tape so it goes on square first time.

7-year cast or polymeric

Printed labels

Printed labels

Full colour, contour cut to any shape and laminated against UV and handling. Sheeted, rolled or kiss-cut depending on how they get applied.

Finish
Gloss, matt or anti-scuff
Format
Sheets, rolls or singles
Domed resin badges

Domed resin badges

A clear polyurethane lens poured over the printed mark. It reads as a moulded part rather than a sticker — the right thing on machinery, panels and product.

Asset & safety labels

Asset & safety labels

Serial numbers, barcodes, PAT and inspection labels on durable or tamper-evident media, sequenced so no two are the same and none get skipped.

Void, polyester, vinyl

02 / Formats

Supplied the way
you actually apply them.

A sheet, a roll or a single decal are three different jobs at the finishing stage. Getting that right is the difference between a smooth packing bench and an afternoon of picking at edges.

Sheets & kiss-cut

Cut through the vinyl but not the backing, so a sheet of shapes peels off one at a time. The format for giveaways, packs and anything applied by hand at volume.

Rolls

Wound on a core for anyone labelling in quantity — packing benches, product lines and dispatch. Supplied wound out or wound in, whichever your applicator wants.

Singles & large format

One-off decals for plant, machinery panels and doors, cut to the exact profile with weeding boxes left in so a fitter can find the edges.

Small runs

There is no minimum. One decal for a replacement panel costs what one decal costs — we are not going to make you buy a box of five hundred to get it.

Send the mark

Vector if you have it, a photograph if you do not. We redraw to vector at no charge for signage clients so the cut path is clean.

002

Material chosen

Indoors, outdoors, curved, greasy or washed down — the media and the laminate follow the surface, not the price list.

003

Printed & cut

Printed and laminated here, then contour or kiss-cut on the plotter and weeded on the bench by the same people.

004

Reorders

The cut file stays on the system. A repeat order runs from it unchanged, so the tenth batch matches the first.

04 / Questions

The ones we
get asked most.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum, ever. One decal for a machine panel is as welcome as a run of ten thousand labels, and the setup is the same either way.

Will they survive outdoors?

Yes. Anything going outside is laminated against UV and scuffing as standard, on seven-year cast or polymeric media. Domed resin badges are rated outdoor and chemical resistant, which is why they end up on machinery.

Can you cut them to the shape of my logo?

That is the default. Everything is contour cut to the artwork rather than to a circle or a rectangle. Cut vinyl is weeded by hand and supplied on transfer tape so it goes on square first time.

What is a domed badge, and when is it worth it?

A clear polyurethane lens, one to two millimetres deep, poured over the printed mark. It reads as a moulded part rather than a sticker, which is what you want on machinery, control panels and product.

Will a reorder match the first batch?

Yes — the cut file stays on the system and a repeat runs from it unchanged, so the tenth batch matches the first. Asset and safety labels can be sequenced with running numbers, barcodes or QR codes so none get skipped or duplicated.
