01 / Decoration
The right method depends on the garment, the quantity and how hard the wash cycle is. We will tell you which one suits the job rather than putting everything through the same machine.
02 / The kit
Most teams need three or four garments, not thirty. We agree a standard kit, hold the sizes and reorder against it — new starters get the same shirt in the same colour two years later.
Sizing
We can send a sizing set before the first order — one of each in the chosen garment, so nobody guesses. Return it with the order and there is nothing to pay for it.

No, and nobody should. Stitching through a hi-vis garment breaches its EN ISO 20471 certification. Branding on hi-vis and waterproofs goes on as a heat-applied transfer instead, which keeps the certification valid — and it can be done from a single garment.
Embroidery is the hardest wearing and reads as a proper uniform, down to 4mm text — it suits polos, fleeces, softshells and caps. Screen print is the economical choice above about twenty-five garments and gives the best hand on cotton tees, with colours matched to Pantone.
No. One jacket or two hundred polos. Embroidery needs the logo digitised into a stitch file once, and we hold that file afterwards so it costs nothing to reuse.
Ten to twelve working days for a first order, which includes digitising and stitching a sample on the actual fabric for approval. Reorders of held sizes run in five working days, and there is a 48-hour rush service on stock lines.
Yes — names, trades or roles on the chest or back, then bagged and labelled per person so handing them out takes minutes. It is charged per garment with no setup cost.
